What material options are available for my merch?We offer a wide selection of materials and color palettes for your products. For hoodies, sweatshirts, and t-shirts, we provide various fabric options with different densities, which you can explore on the product pages. If you'd like to create an item with a non-standard fabric, such as textured or high-density material not available in our catalog, please contact our managers directly via Telegram at @enkomerch. They will help you select the perfect material to match your request. This approach applies not only to clothing but also to other product categories such as backpacks or tote bags. We typically source fabrics based on the client’s request and don’t have standard options for these items, as the variety of choices is extensive. We aim to find the ideal match for your specific needs. We use only high-quality materials and pay meticulous attention to every detail.

What is needed for the branding process?First, we need a file with your desired design. You can send it to us via Telegram at @enkomerch or email us at enko.merch@gmail.com. If you don’t have a finished design, you can order a custom illustration from our designers by simply writing to us and providing your preferences. If you’re creating the design yourself, please prepare the file according to the following guidelines: Vector file format (curves) Accepted formats: PDF (PSD and AI are also acceptable as additional formats) Files must be sized appropriately (i.e., your design file should match the exact dimensions required for the final product) CMYK color model (convert RGB to CMYK for printing purposes) In addition to the design, we need to know the quantity of items and the type of branding—whether it’s printing or embroidery. If you’re unsure which option is best, we’re happy to consult with you!

How long will production and delivery take?The production time depends on the type of product, quantity, and complexity of the design. Typically, it takes 7 business days to 3 weeks. Delivery within Ukraine is based on the carrier’s terms—e.g., Nova Poshta, ranging from 1 to 4 days depending on your location. Ready-made products (e.g., "How to Eat Borscht" t-shirts, 90’s hoodies) are shipped immediately after payment. Delivery of these items also takes 1 to 4 days according to the carrier's terms. We also offer international shipping for single items and bulk orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on Nova Poshta's rates. The customer pays for shipping separately after dispatch since, per Nova Poshta’s policy, international packages must be prepaid by the sender. For exact international delivery timelines, please contact us via Telegram at @enkomerch, and we’ll coordinate with the shipping company to provide you with up-to-date information.

How is payment handled?We are officially registered as a private entrepreneur (FOP), so all payments are processed through legal channels, ensuring safety and transparency in transactions. If you require documents or receipts for accounting purposes, we can provide them without issue. Payments can also be made in foreign currencies, and you can pay via a link or directly on the website.

What should I do if the product is defective?If the product turns out to be defective, please send us photos within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will review the situation and arrange for a replacement on a case-by-case basis. Please note that reworking the product may take from 1 business day to 3 weeks. Products that were not custom-made can be returned. If a defect is found, we will resolve the issue promptly. If the product does not fit in size, the shipping cost is covered by the buyer, and the product must be returned in proper condition. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the item, provided it is undamaged and returned in its original condition.
