Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our brand. We value your trust and strive to provide you with high-quality products. Due to the nature of our production, custom-made items are non-returnable. However, we are willing to consider any issues related to the quality and conformity of the product.

Return and Exchange Policy:

1. All products created based on individual customer orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made according to your personal requirements and specifications.
2. If you find a defect or non-conformity within 5 calendar days of receiving the product, please contact our customer support. Provide a detailed description of the issue and photos for confirmation.
3. Replacement Process: Upon receiving your request, we will review it within 3 business days. If the defect or error is confirmed to be on our part, we will arrange for a replacement of the product within 15 calendar days at our expense.
4. Defect Conditions: It is important that the defect is not due to improper use of the product. We are not responsible for defects caused by improper use.
5. Individual Case Review: We always strive to find the best solution for each customer. If your case does not fall under the standard conditions, we will still review it and offer an optimal resolution.
6. Returnable Products List: Products are subject to return according to the list of goods of proper quality that are non-exchangeable (non-returnable), as approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Additional Terms:

- Return of Standard Goods: Returns of standard goods that are not custom orders are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The product must be in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging.
- Responsibility for Return Shipping: The company bears the cost of return shipping for defective products. For the return of standard products for other reasons, the customer bears the cost of shipping.
