Return and Exchange Policy:

3. Replacement Process: Upon receiving your request, we will review it within 3 business days. If the defect or error on our part is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement of the product at no cost to you within 15 calendar days.
4. Defect Conditions: It is important that the defect is not due to improper use of the product. We are not responsible for defects caused by misuse.
5. Case-by-Case Review: We always strive to find the best solution for each customer. If your case does not fall under the standard conditions, we will still review it and offer an optimal resolution.
6. Returnable Goods List: The product is subject to return according to the list of goods of proper quality that are non-returnable (non-exchangeable), as approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

  - Delivery duration depends on the destination country and the chosen shipping method and usually takes between 7 to 21 business days.

  - The cost of international shipping is automatically calculated during the order process and depends on the weight, size of the parcel, and the recipient's location.

  - Shipping costs are covered by the manufacturer, and within 1-3 business days, the cost is reimbursed to the manufacturer's account (according to Nova Poshta's rule, international parcels are paid for before transportation).
